I’m interested in working pro bono for sustainable, ethical and ecological communities and organisations whose goal is to make the world better and share information e.g. on climate change, recycling and consumption. The process
1 – Start
Every project starts with a small email questionnaire and maybe with a brain-storm session (grab a cup of coffee or chat in Skype) if needed. The goal of this is to define your needs, wishes and goals – for me and for you.
2 – Creativity & designing
Based on things discovered during phase 1 I start the creative process. I create multiple options and present to you the strongest one. You will receive a concept presentation that includes my designs for all the matters end elements agreed. For example, if I’m design your brand identity, you will receive logo design, color palette, font palette and other visual elements (patterns, illustrations).
3 – Fine tuning
Every project includes two or three rounds of (minor) revisions. Other revisions are charged by the hour. This is to assure that your every need is met. When all is revised until perfect, I will put together your “brand package” based on the collateral material you have chosen for your brand.
4 – Launch
The best part of the project: launch day!
Once everything is ready and wrapped, we agree on the launch date. I will sent all of the new design files to you day or two before the launch. This includes also a small (or big if that is what you ordered) visual guideline / identity manual.
On the launch day we launch your new brand / visuals following the strategy planned for each launch.
Payment
In the brand identity & website projects 50% of the total price is billed after phase 1 and the remaining 50% upon delivery & launch. Any work that falls outside the original scope of the project (which is the base of the calculated investment) will be billed on an hourly basis.
Timeline
The timeline of the project is always subject to availability and services needed.
